Copyright and content reports

Your submission obligation

Only submit material you own, are licensed or authorized to use, or are otherwise legally permitted to have Shortsmark process. Public availability alone does not give you permission.

You must comply with the copyright law that applies to you. Do not submit material that infringes copyright or any other right of another person — including a work you have simply found online, or a copy shared with you for a different purpose.

This applies to public links, uploaded documents, and pasted text. Submit confidential information or third-party personal information only when you have authority and a lawful basis to have it processed.

Send a report

Email dkim@jadonglab.com with your name and contact details; authority to act; identification of the protected work; an identifiable Shortsmark account or source URL; the challenged use and requested action; good-faith and accuracy statements; and a physical or electronic signature. Shortsmark has no public note URLs. Android users can also report an AI answer inside the conversation.

Review process

Jadonglab reviews sufficiently detailed reports and may suspend processing or restrict or delete the relevant artifact. Where appropriate, it will notify the affected user and allow a documented response. The designated recipient and suspension procedure required under Korean law will be operated following qualified Korean legal advice.

Repeat infringement

Jadonglab may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe or repeatedly submit material without a valid rights or lawful-use basis. This policy does not claim or waive any statutory status, safe harbor, defense, or obligation.
